To be honest, I've found that most of the vegan burgers don't taste like beef at all. In fact, most of them taste pretty bad, imo. If you liked chicken, you have a much better option because the vegan chik nuggets (not Morningstar) taste VERY much like chicken.

Also, if there's a kosher deli near you, check out the fake chicken broth. This can be used in recipes to give a very familiar flavor to soups, etc without the health problems that come from real chicken.
