Hi Terry , You can get more information if you contact former Liverpool polytechnic , department of chemistry and biochemistry ( now John Moore University ) As he wa a student at that time , fourth year in 1982 . himself,With a research team , they made a discovry of a method to cure HFBSE (vCJD). They are trying to work with an official body ( DEFRA ) in order to make public the discovery , if DEFRA agrees with the terms of the deal. The complaint to DEFRA is just a standard EU consumer complaint form . JP
