thanks for your clarification on this. so in essence and please correct me
if I am wrong here, it's just a policy (GWs BSE MRR policy) it's just
something that GW is force feeding everyone. HE has chose to do away with
the BSE GBR risk assessments and all TSE science for trading purposes...
