My first day on 80-10-10 was 11-17-13. I'm older
than you and I've hit many brick walls. Like you,
I've had many loaves of Ezekiel Raisin Bread,
(toasted, with tahine and honey) to help me make it
through tough emotional times. But I found out that
all bread is the same as sugar. My body gets a blood
sugar spike from such processed foods, the same as
from sugar and has an insulin response from it, the
same as sugar...I may as well be eating a candy bar!

You have put your finger on the problem: it is
cravings...mental, emotional, and spiritual cravings!

Your problems are normal, but not necessary. After
22 days on 80-10-10 I have simplified my life to
eating one large mixing bowl a day of raw salad and
lots of raw fruit every day. I've lost 8 lbs. in 22
days. That's not great, but it's the best I can do.

I relate to your problems and I wonder if we could
help each other. Let's talk! What do you have to
lose? I don't charge any money and I'm not selling
anything!.
