Sounds to me that you are doing a fantastic job of changing your life! Do you have a support group? Do you have a group of supportive friends? Do you have any emails you rely on? Do you use Skype?

I seem to be having the same problems you talk about. I posted my first discussion today. I've started a water fast on Thanksgiving day, rather than get into all the socially sanctioned binging we do here in Seattle, WA. It seems that everyone I know is eating junk food today. Wish I had someone to call or write for support.

I have some fears about starting a fast this time of year because there is so much temptation and so little support. You sound like a very strong person, however. I wish you all the luck.
