Sorry cant help you on the soy. I would love for you to share how you are wheat free. I was just recently told no Gluten, and I have no idea how to make my own bread now. I thought I was doing great by milling my own wheat.. but I actually hurt myself with out knowing it. Wondering if I can just mill rice or someething and make bread? The ones in the supermarket are to expensive
