I've been animal and dairy free for many years, relying pretty heavily on soy and wheat as part of my diet. About a year ago I started developing allergy issues, and now I have to be super careful about what I eat. I also try to eat whole foods, unprocessed as much as possible. I grind my own grains (using oat, rice, buckwheat and corn flours now instead of wheat), use almond milk made at home, and eat lots and lots of fresh fruits and veggies. Soy has gotten to be a big problem for me, however. I've developed a sensitivity and get ill if I eat more than a tiny smidge, and have mood swings and headaches with smaller amounts. Because of that, I avoid it altogether. I wonder which board or what source you could recommend for recipes and ideas for veg foods that don't include soy. Thanks!
