The kitchen table Forum would not load so I'm posting this
under the humor section. These videos are intended to be
humorous as well as informative. In this video I was able to
incorporate T Colin Campbell responds to dr. Mercola the
article posted here on vegsource. I have more videos like
this. Check out my channel for the playlist. Please share.

This episode of the Worst Of The Food Industry features Dr.
Joseph Mercola. Some of Dr Mercola's health and nutrition
claims are compared to statements made by doctors who advocate
a Whole Foods plant-based (vegan) diet. Dr Mercola's business
model is based on the phrase "take control of your health",
which means you purchase his hundreds of private label
supplements and deplete your glycogen stores on a ketogenic
diet based on his misguided concept of "nutritional typing."
Because the majority of the cells in your body run on glucose,
once you deplete your glycogen stores on a carbohydrate
restricted diet your energy levels will be much lower and you
will be more pliable to the marketing scheme of deficiency
reductionism.
