I know it was kind of lame but I didn't make it up. The punch line, "The rest of the story is not pleasant" implies that the wife was probably so upset at her husbands remarks that things probably got real ugly, so bad in fact that whatever occured was just so bad that it's just wasn't printable. Maybe she caused a scene and stormed out OR maybe she decided to forget marriage councelling and filed for divorce instead. Like I said, it's pretty lame.
