I know that it is past Thanksgiving, but here is an idea for next year. My girl scout troop made these pumpkins for centerpieces for a nursing home one year.
Items needed
12in x 12in square of material (fall colors work best)
1 roll of toliet paper
1 brown paper lunch bag
1 green pipe cleaner
1 bag of cotton filler
step1 place the square of material on the table
step2 put the roll of toliet paper in the center of the material
step3 pack cotton filler around the roll of toliet paper
step4 begin gathering the material and stuffing in into the center of the roll of toliet paper.
step5 take your brown paper bag and wad it up into a ball, then straighten it out, fold it in half and roll it up, know stuff it into the center of the toliet paper roll.
step6 coil up your pipe cleaner and stuff it into the center of your toliet paper roll.
now you have a cute pumpkin center piece and a spare roll of toliet paper for after Thanksgiving.
