well id say for the 9 year old..get him like a bebe gun or something,just make sure some one older is with him. OR you could get the 12 year old the bebe gun!. they arent that powerful. im a girl and i have one. the 18 year old; he mite enoy a stalking full of money or some new videos games like Hunting or foot ball or basketball ...stuff like that!
