I had the same thing and was in pain for a couple years. I had to quit my job as I was in constant pain and didn't like taking the strong painkillers 2-4 times a day everyday just to be able to function, but after going high raw for a few months the pain went away and hasn't bothered me for almost a year now. My sciatica pain also went away.
