I do have one. I had unexplained hair loss myself. Just over a year ago I was nearly bald, no hair on legs or under armpits (legs and pits are ok, I am a woman). I started taking nettle leaves. I now have all of my hair back and just over a year my hair on my head is down to my shoulder. You can either get Nettle Leaves or Stinging Nettle. It can be found in both pill form and tincture. I don't know about teas, but I'm not real fond of the taste of herbal teas so I didn't look.
