I had blood test TSH count being over 3 around the year 2001(over 3 is hypothyroidism). I reduced the TSH count almost exactly in half with frequent fasting and dried seaweed from Oriental grocery store for 50-75 cents a package. Seaweed has lots of iodine and trace elements from the ocean. Reduced eating takes stress off thyroid. Seaweed replenishes iodine plus other benefits. 10% of populace has hypothyroidism.
