I have just recently become a vegan. I am learning as I go along how best to live the lifestyle. Today, I was diagnosed with a calcium deposit. This time it is on my left foot. In the past,I've had two other deposits removed from my right foot and I have a tennis ball sized deposit on my back shoulder blade. Does anyone have any information about how I can mitigate, or even prevent, the growth of calcium deposits through diet? Any help is appreciated.
