I myself very much would like to be completely vegetarian. But the weird thing is, small portions of rare steak once a week really improve how my body feels. I had some kind of stomach acid problem for years--tried everything as they say, from aloe vera, to cabbage juice, to digestive enzymes, to NAG, avoided many foods--some of which improved the condition, but none which snuffed it out. After having two small steaks, the problem was gone completely...after years of annoyance. And other things happened, too. I used to always have dry eyes in the morning, now that's gone. Little red dots on my face started disappearing. So now I'm wondering what I can do to supplement those little red steaks. I've eaten a lot of other stuff (all other protein sources, iron supplements), but nothing matches it. Do you have any suggestions?
