Hi Miffy, Thank you for the info. I do not consume packaged food snacks (and I do miss them). I don't eat white stuff (sugar,flour,rice etc). Its only whole grain here. I do eat nuts and nut butters and olive oil which I do try to limit. I only drink water, organic tea and almond milk. I love beans and I do eat them. I feel like I am running out of ideas for meals. There is only so much I can do with the veggies. I have started juicing them which is a nice treat. I will look into the websites you sent me and also the books. That was very helpful. If I didn't feel so good I don't think I would be able to stick this out but my body feels so good inside and out. Most of my family and friends think I have lost my mind and if I could take off the extra weight I could at least say I look as good as I feel. Again thank you for your advice and I will let you know how I make out.
