Subject:         Vegetarian with blood type asking for red meat?
Date: February 9, 2008 at 1:03 am PST

Ive been a vegetarian for fifteen years now...and over the course of the past 6 years I have been getting migraines and serious fatigue. After visiting the doctor regarding this, the doctor states that due to my blood type (O positive) my body needs meats in its diet. He also stated that it could very well do with taking in soy proteins that I feel fatigued. I did a lot of research on this issue...and it seems that at some point, in order to feel better I should take in some source of animal protein. Since I am not into vegetarianism as a health issue but more so as a moral issue...I have a real problem with suddenly changing my diet and eating meat. It would be great if there are any others that could help me with any other nutritional diet that does not include meat and will help stabilize my body back to its original form.
