If I were you I'd pick up a copy of Nutritional Healing by James & Phyliss Balch. There is a large section on osteoporosis, and so many suggestions for supplements, herbs, and other considerations that it's too much to list. But I have found this book to be excellent and the suggestions work and there are many things a person would not even think of.

It's just so worth doing lots of research and reading about your condition, about any condition one might have, and this book is a great place to start.
