Thanks for taking the time to write. My diet is already extremely low-fat. In warmer weather, we have begun experimenting with eating 60-70% raw. I felt great and the most energized ever!! I find that in the colder weather, however, my body gets cold and I seem to need the warming foods. The other day, I read that it's actually MORE work for the body to digest raw food than cooked food. I must admit that I don't know which camp to believe anymore!
