Cut down on alcohol intake, it will do wonders. It helped me, along with taking vitamins because I don't eat well. Also, cut back on caffeine a little. Even though you may hate it, take time (10 min.) to jog around the block one time. It will boost without stimulants to get you going, and lasts longer. And of course get a good nights sleep. If you snore at night, that could also affect a good night's sleep. My brother uses a machine to make him breathe right when sleeping. Just trying to help
