I called my ear, nose and throat Dr. He presribed me some pretty good anit-biotics which I am grateful for. I couldn't even talk before taking them, (or barely lift my head up) and almost felt death taking me. Was very faint!! (Kept fainting)
Strep throat is very dangerous!! I'm also into homeopathic remedies, and natural things. But would never have let this go. As I would be dead if I didn't call him, or wind up in a hospital dieing. Also letting this go, can cause damage to the heart valves, and even kidney failure. I am gargling with hot sea-salt water, using my humidifier, listening to healing meditations, while trying to rest and sleep it off. It's awful!! I may try adding Eucalyptus sea salt to my humidifier too. And even gargle with propolis plus extract, if I can get some. I also am taking drops of Super Oil of Oregano, which I take for any infection or flu etc, that I get. And I eat cloves of fresh garlic!! And I take Echinacea and Golendseal capsules, and Maca for my immune system to try to keep it boosted. Also take Vitamin C.
Right now I'm drinking a comination of organic hot teas Peppermint, and Chia mixed with honey to sooth my throat. But I would not be strong enough to even type this without my Dr.'s prescription of anti-biotics. I know this. And I thank God for his help!!
