I am the same way. NO ENERGY! i do not smoke. For the last week I have sat around and done nothing but sleep eat and watch TV. I have always been this way, but not nearly this bad. I started taking tru nature's Triple energy softgels about 3 years ago. This has helped tremendously. It wasn't until today when I went on the internet to try to find out what was wrong with me that I reemebered that I havent taken my triple energy softgels since a bout a week and a half ago. I have a very bad meemory to - obviously. I buy these soft gels at costco for about 15$ for 300 tablets. I take 3 a day even though it says to only take 1 or 2 a day. Give it a try. i swear by them!
