Its a spray that numbs the throat. i have mono, and it doesnt work to well. It burned my throat. And i puked 4 times. you wanna get alot of rest and drink alot of water and stuff that will boost your immune system. i know your in mad pain. i am to. just keep holdin on and stuff.
