You are a very dumb and rude guy. Most sore throats are caused by viral infections which means that they will not respond to antibiotics. There are some viruses like coxsackie virus which gives those blisters in the back of the throat. The reason antibiotics is given is to not stop strep throat but to prevent rheumatic fever which can occur after strep throat.
to help soothe the sore throat just drink warm liquids
gargle with warm salt water a couple times a day
popsicles
lozenges
anything that keeps the mouth moist
