Ok this is just what I have tried with mine.

I've had this over a period of about 5 years. Stress brings them out, weather changes bring them out, sometimes humidity. I got them again recently and have been trying to remember how I got rid of them before. I THINK, this is how i did it before but this is just me, try at your own risk.

I took a pumus stone, i rubbed all the blisters so it broke the skin, then I washed them with a harsh soap like Dial, something to really dry them up. Then I used a hydrocoritsone cream after I dried my hands and let that soak in. Doing this I think really helped dry them out and make them go away. A lot of people say the cream doesn't work, well it might not, but I know my hands are really thick on the palms and so the cream wouldn't just soak in on its own, i had to break the skin. Like I said, I THINK this is how I got rid of them, I'm waiting for my stone from home (heh that rhymes) to try again. I know how miserable it feels.
