I have had no success with prescription steriod creams. HOWEVER, I recently tried the Brazil Nut Body Butter at The Body Shop. Within two nights of use right before bed the redness was gone and the itching was almost completely gone. I will never rub steriod cream on it again! The Body Butter smells a little like vanilla, but the scent did not bother my ultra sensitive skin.
