To all the people who are SO tired! I know how you feel... but guess what... feeling better is easier than you think! You need to eat, sleep, and exercise. I'm not kidding, and don't give me excuses on why you can't do this. You need to!

Cut out the sugar, carbs, and caffine from your diet. Do it slowly or you will have headaches. Eat more protein, or drink protein shakes. This may add some weight to you, but you will have more energy to burn it off.

Have a very strict sleep schedule. You are so tired because your body is in the routine of sleeping for so long. Go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every morning. If you have naps during the day, start to get rid of them. Don't shock your system. Do everything slowly so that your body can adjust.

Make sure you go outside everyday for at least 15 minutes. Walk to the store, jog around the block, go to a dog park, go for a swim, whatever you want, just get outside!

If you smoke, STOP! Some people have allergic reactions to smoking. These allergies can show through tiredness and headaches.

I'm not a doctor, but I am a person who was in your shoes once. Being tired does NOT have to control your life!
