I am a heavy user of swimming pools .... and I think that I got foot fungus and nail fungus from there. I had tried different tratments .... but the best and cheapest meems to be the the vinegar (white and apple cider).
at times I try and tea-tree-oil (20%), dr scholls, vick's rub - and they work OK if supported by the vinegar (daily feet baths for a few minutes, mixed hot and cold ones).
the fungus started to regress ... and I do not have that itching anylonger, the nails and skin on the feet look great.
