I have this condition on the heel of my foot. It has come and gone for years and nothing seems to help relieve symptoms. My foot gets so tender and irritated. It itches so bad, I go around digging my feet in the carpet. I have scratched until I bled!! If anyone has suggestions, PLEASE HELP!!
