First, Jenny, I referred to you as Butterfly (someone who posts on another board) - sorry!! Second, I should NOT have allowed myself to get sidetracked like this. This conversation is not about me, or my experience or anything like that. It's about Jenny's goal to quit smoking. In the long run, the only thing that matters here is that you, Jenny, find a therapy you feel comfortable with, and that works for you. All the guarantees, research etc. in the world are meaningless, compared to you finding something that works for you! So try whatever you feel most comfortable with, and I hope that when you find success, you'll post here and let us all know. RS
