4 oz. warm water (not hot) Mix it all up so the salt dissolves and the asperin breaks apart and sort of dissolves. Then, gargle every bit of it. Do this as many times as you want in a day. The trick is, after gargling, try not to swallow, because that washes off some of the good stuff. The salt and peroxide will attack the bacteria in your throat, the aspirin will help it to feel better. My mother has done this for years, she swears by it. It tastes so horrible, I only do it when I'm desperate... which it sounds like you are. RS
