strep throat will NOT go away by itself! Antibiotics are required for this is an infection. It may go away on its own but WILL return soon and this will help the spread of the virus! Now I know why me and my daughter came down with it.. people who wait too long to see a dr. or think that antibiotics are not necessary. Thanks for getting other people sick!
