Need more information. Do you exercise? What do you eat? Are you overweight? Underweight? Depressed? How well do you sleep? Are you constipated? Are you under stress? Do you do any stress-reduction exercises?
I have been in a similar situation- saw lots of docs, shrinks, etc. who didn't help me at all- mainly I helped them by fattening their wallets.
Here are several things that helped me. First, try to improve the quality of your sleep. Moderate exercise of long duration is helpful with this- work your way up to walking, swimming or cycling 1 hr./day. Before retiring in the evening, do some relaxing activities- yoga, meditation, warm bath, relaxation tape, etc. This will improve the quality of your sleep.
Next, it may be excess, rather than deficiency of diet that is causing the problem. Excess fat, excess protein, excess calories, excess cholesterol may be making you groggy. Try a one-day water-only or juice fast and see if this helps cleanse your system.
You are on the right track by researching and trying to find out more information to help yourself. Keep on looking and you will find the answer. The only way to lose is by giving up.
