Do you recommend this in place of or in addition to the interferon treatment? My husband's gastroenterologist is suggesting that due to his age and relatively good health (still doing tests to find the extent of liver damage) he should go ahead with conventional treatment. His two brothers (also with hemophilia and Hep C) have decided not to do treatment due to the severe side effects. We're quite concerned too.
