Subject: Cough/Chest Congestion

I just recently caught a very bad cold that gave me a bad cough and real bad chest congestion. The chest congestion is causing shortness in breath sometimes. Also for some reason, when I caught the cold, my neck has been very sore. Anybody have an suggestions on what to take to remedy this?
