is that the double blind studies all replaced saturated fats with less saturated vegetable oils
and saw no benefits. those results would be a given i believe to anyone who has studied the
subject in any depth. i'm pretty sure that's why all of the successsful chd treatments that
involve dietary changes limit the total amount of fat, not just the type.

if someone were to consume only saturated fat yet kept it under 10% of total calories and
greatly increased their consumption of fruits and vegetables i think they would still
experience eventual reversal of their blockages and much improved overall health. is that
what you were asking?
