Hello Dr pinkney
I have questions about the reversal diet I eat oatmeal baked potatoes bananas grapes apples and some oranges rice and beans sometimes ill go days eating oatmeal and fruit and thats it oatmeal twice or three times a day and bananas and grapes I have a guy that tells ne this will not work reversing heart disease that I have to eat more vegetables for it to work I need to know whether what I'm doing will be successful or not thank you. Is it the drop in cholesterol that drives reversal or sone magic prescription of foods
