Subject:         Question about low carb

I am going back and forth between Low carb high fat and high carb low fat.
What made the most sens to me and what I've been doing for the last 6
months has been low carb high fat (but not going overboard with sat fat.)
My big problem has always been Triglycerides not cholesterol. This has led
me to a calcium score of 937 and 2 stents a year ago.
Since being low carb, iive gotten my Triglycerides down to 85, from 208
(and in the past as high as 750)

The more I read about Dr Esselstyn's program, the more intrigued and
interested I become.
My question though, is, by including more carbs in my diet, even complex
carbs, like beans and legumes, and whole grains, don't I run the risk of
raising triglycerides?
