I just made a batch of about 25 of my burgers. I then freeze them. The reason I make that many from a double batch is that I size them exactly that of a bun using a glass upside down to form them the size I want.

You'll find that they look so much like a burger with the red of the beets and the white of the quinoa, that they could easily be mistaken for a real burger in the pan except that there is no sizzle to speak of because they're so low in fat.

There is a health food store near me, and I'm going to look for the powdered fat free. I'm still going to use the Cashew day to day, but it would be great to be able to use in recipes.
