Hello Ricardo,

You asked this question to a 'chocaholic. A day without chocolate is like a day without sunshine for me.

I make dark chocolate brownies, chocolate cookies, fudge and coconut-chocolate cupcakes that are very low fat and have no cholesterol. I'm sure you can do the same.

As for nuts, a small portion once a day is not usually a problem. But for some people, it's hard to stop at small portion (about a tablespoon).

The only nuts that are very low fat are chestnuts (tree nuts or water chestnuts both). There are very good artificial peanut flavorings that have no fat that I sometimes put in my brownies to give them a chocolate-peanut flavor.

Although chocolate candy is very high fat, a small piece of dark chocolate (no dairy) shouldn't be a problem, either.
