Subject:         Chest pain

Hi, I hope it is ok that I post this here. I have been on a
low fat vegan diet for over two years now, and never had any
heart problems. I am 21 yr old female. However I have been
eating more avocados than I probably should lately, about one
pretty big avo per day. Very late last night I got a
tremendous pain in my chest, nausea and also pain in my upper
stomach area. It lasted for about one hour. I had difficulty
breathing the whole time. When I woke up I googled my
symptoms and I read all these things about heart issues. Any
thoughts on what this could be? Could this just be a direct
symptom from the avos? I had a little bit of nausea this
morning but have not seeked medical advice since I think
maybe it is nothing serious, but I am a little worried so I
came here to ask for advice. Thank you for any kind of
insights you have!
