I have seen in several places and on the Internet that calcium supplements increase the risk of heart disease, especially calcium carbonate. I don't know if this is true or not but a certain Dr. Crandall was interviewed on You Tube and gave information that calcium supplements, especially if they are over 500 milligrams daily increase calcium deposits in the arteries and can cause heart disease. Has anyone any more information on this?
