Dr. Pinckney: Ever since you advised me, several years ago, that 15 minutes of continuous aerobic exercise was better than shorter periods, I've been doing it. I became a believer long ago. You might be interested to know that at the 8 minute mark, I start to perspire, so the ten minute interval recommended by Dr. Kenneth Cooper in his Aerobics book, is probably enough to achieve the "training" effect. However, I'll stick with your 15 min duration. Thank you.
