What constitutes a serving size is an unresolved issue.
In leafy greens, such as spinach and kale, a packed cup of uncooked greens may yield a quarter of a cup or less after cooking.
And is one 'serving' the same for a 110 lb woman and a 220 lb stevedore?
In the US, typically a serving is 3 oz after cooking, but in most other countries, a serving is 100 grams (about 3.5 oz).
To answer your question with exact precision, I'd say that a Vitamix packed full of uncooked kale is 'a whole lot'.
