Several questions: What is the period of time to achieve 10% total fat. Is this per meal, per day, per week. I have some concern that "shocking" the system with a high fat meal might not be a good idea. My wife like to tell the story of how as a med tech student they could draw blood from someone who just had a burger and fries and there was a thick layer of fat in the blood. I find that many of the vegetarian burger patties have 7g of fat for a 100-150 calorie patty. Should these be avoided then? Or, if the remaining items in the meal or day are lower in fat is it ok? Thanks; Pete
