My apologies, Ricardo. I was under the impression that stroke is one of the end results of coronary heart disease. I thought also that high blood pressure was part of the same formula. I was not looking for medical advice and thought that I was clear about that. I was only sharing this experience and maybe looking for a little guidance or insight to reducing my blood pressure with diet and exercise, as I expressed in my second post. I am concerned about recurrences with heightened activity levels. Thank you, BTW for the reference to "the book of Dr. Esselstyn".
