Medications such as statins are never necessary, but they may be highly recommended.
They not only improve cholesterol, but they help protect and repair arterial tissue.

Many physicians who fully support heart disease reversal programs may prescribe statins for some of their patients, based on each individual patients' needs.

If you want to protect yourself from a future heart attack or stroke, following a reversal program has proven to be the most successful approach.

While anyone can follow a reversal program, with or without the support of one's doctor, finding a physician who supports your decision is an important key to success.

Considering the huge amount of evidence in medical journals from well-established research, it seems very strange to find a physician who does not believe heart disease can be reversed. If it were me, I'd find a doctor with 21st century information.
