I must respectfully disagree with your opinion that reversal is not possible. I had an angiogram in 2008 and was diagnosed with 75% blockage in L.A.D. artery. I was 95% compliant with reversal diet and 16 months later (2010) saw a second cardiologist for second opinion. He did a nuclear stress test that showed no ischemia. 17 months after that (2011), my first cardiologist that diagnosed the 75% blockage in 2008 did another angiogram. The results show that the 75% blockage was reversed to 50% blockage. My cardiologist said he uses my results as an example for some of his other patients. In the three plus years that I have been on the diet, I have been in the 90%+ compliant range with the diet. I don't know if the reversal will continue and fall under 50%, and may never know since I have no plans to get another angiogram.
