I'm new to the reversal diet. Reversal would be a wonderful thing, but I'd be happy just to arrest progress of the disease. Dr. Esselstyn's results indicate reversal did not occur for everyone. I agree, it's not always possible. Did your heart disease progress during the 6 years? How strictly did you adhere to the diet?
